CoBRA® Software provides critical resources and capabilities needed during any emergency response. The tools, databases, checklists, and incident reporting capabilities that are embedded in the CoBRA® system facilitate the coordination of response to WMD or other major incidents by any responder including fire, HAZMAT, medical, law enforcement, transportation, facility management, and security personnel.

CoBRA® Software runs on almost any desktop or laptop PC running on Microsoft® Windows™ NT4, 98, 2000, XP or XP Tablet PC Edition operating systems. CoBRA® is scalable to the requirements of small or large organizations and supports the full spectrum of response including planning, training, exercising, response, and recovery. CoBRA® gives users the capability to organize all the information needed during an emergency response with one, easy to use software program.

CoBRA® Software includes: interactive tools and searchable databases for chemical, biological, radiological, explosive and other hazardous threats; Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and interactive checklists from accredited sources; reference guides; electronic form tool for submitting your reports - all ICS forms come preloaded; electronic image import tool for automatic attachment to your incident report; incident reporting capabilities; and much more.

CoBRA® Software also comes standard with the free CoBRA Administrator Tool which allows the user to customize the software and input resources such as plans and procedures to meet their own needs.
